*This fix is only applicable to 1920x720 wide screen versions

We have identified and resolved an issue where the head unit occasionally fails to shut down. This situation primarily occurs when you lock the vehicle, open the door, and then close and lock the door again without turning on the ACC ignition.

To address this, we have released a new MCU update. Please check your current MCU version in the system settings (as shown in the reference images) and download the correct update file for your screen type:

• For KS04 Screens (If your current MCU version starts with '99'):

• For Universal Screens (If your current MCU version starts with '46'):

Please download the corresponding file and proceed with the MCU update to resolve the power-off issue.

RSNAV is currently shifting its business direction from manufacturing Audi aftermarket infotainment (navigation) screens to producing Audi aftermarket instrument clusters.

• Android Motherboard in stock
  - B9,C7 10.25", 12.3": less than 40
  - B8 10,25", 12.3" : less than 70
  - 9" for C7: less than 10

All EU LTE only. US LTE version is now discontinued except few 9" for C7.

After the remaining stocks get depleted, price increase of minimum 100$ USD expected due to memory shortage on AI Boom. There is unprecedented spikes in memory prices—rising nearly 95% in early 2026 alone, and over 300% since 2025.

S5 won't be discontinued for few more years(except the 9" version which will be discontinued once the current motherboard stocks get depleted).

Standard version is not affected by this shortage.
