Return & Refund


We ship worldwide using international couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEX or YUN Express. Delivery charges may vary depending on destination or courier surcharge. We will provide you with the tracking number of your item once it has shipped.

Order processing normally takes 2-5 business days, except for pre-orders. If your order can not be processed within the normal time frame, we will advise you.    

Effective March 23, 2020 due to Covid-19 Pandemic until further notice, delivery timeframe standards for all orders is now 25 working days. This timeframe may fluctuate due to impacts out of our control.

[Processed orders usually can be delivered in 7-14 working days for North America & Asian/European countries, 10-15 working days for South Africa, 10-20 working days for other countries like Russia & Brazil via EMS service, and 15-60 working days for economic shipping methods. ]

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless identified separately. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


Return is only allowed if you have a valid reason approved by RSNav representative within 15 days from your reception.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Before you return your item, please contact RSNAV. Any unauthorized item returned may be rejected or your return/refund cancelled if not approved first.

To complete your return, we require a valid proof of purchase/receipt from RSNAV.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to returning your item unless described otherwise in the warranty section. Shipping costs paid are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period as prescribed by the payment processor. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a delay in processing before a refund is posted to your bank account. If you’ve completed all of these checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
