We want to provide clarity on our production and shipping timelines. Our products are customized and produced in small batches. This production model means that our orders are fulfilled when the factory has capacity between larger orders from other clients. While this can sometimes lead to delays, it is the nature of our specialized process.
Our CEO is currently working on a limited schedule to manage transactions and escalated cases while recovering from a serious health condition he experienced this spring. We are pleased to report that he is making a good recovery, and his reduced workload is a necessary part of managing his health and stress levels.

Warning: Payment Policy and Device Deactivation
RSNAV.com reserves the right to suspend a device's functionality if full payment is not successfully received. This includes instances where a payment is canceled or declined after the product has shipped, such as a customer initiating a chargeback.
Upon cancellation of a device's registration due to non-payment, the following will occur:
- Android Devices: An "inactivation warning" will appear on the screen of the affected device every 5 minutes.
- Standalone Devices: The device's functionality will become limited until full payment is received and verified.
RSNAV.com will not reactivate any device that has not been fully paid for. There is no method to retain a fully functional RSNAV device without proper and complete payment. We will vigorously pursue all attempts to defraud RSNAV.com.
